Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. DriftEase has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@getdriftease.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If an order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. DriftEase is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@getdriftease.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
