Our Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original or like-new condition
- Not visibly damaged due to misuse or improper care
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been damaged through misuse
- Heat patches or any opened hygiene-related accessories
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getdriftease.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return otherwise. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Contact us at support@getdriftease.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
